This forum is for site and forum administrators to correct any issues
guild members may have. The following list is inclusive of what we can do.
Correction of raid times/attendance, once validated that there was a miscalculation. Post subject line saying, "Raid Time Adjustment Please"
Correction of loot issues (Missing loot, loot showing on site, but never looted item, values of loot incorrect, etc.) Post subject line saying "Loot
Correction Please"
Item not in database, with a database error: Post subject line saying, "Error Adding Item", in body of post, please post mob name it drops from, what
zone it drops in, item name, and Lucy link if possible.
Requests for forum access: (Two Forms)
ALL: When creating an EZBoard account please make sure it is a Global account rather than a Local one. MAKE A GLOBAL ACCOUNT WITH A NAME THE
SAME AS OR SIMILAR TO YOUR CHARACTER NAME! If you don't, admins will remove access when we clean up the boards
because we'll have no clue who that account belongs to, and we wont waste time going on a scavenger hunt to figure it out.
TRIAL: First is when trial status is granted, make a post subject line that states, "Trial Access Please". Also make sure character name and class is
included in the post.
FULL MEMBER: Second is when and if Full Member status is achieved, make a new post subject line that states, "Full Member Access Please", once again
remember to put character name in post (especially if your ezBoard username doesn't match your character name).
Set up USER PAGE. Once trial access is given, start working on this access. Once you have all your data input, post subject line in this section stating,
"User Page Verification Please", and one of us admins will complete the process.
This is just something to help us out, and will clarify by subject line who needs to handle what post, as Aliari and Rynnia are the forum moderators, and
Aalnydara, myself and Bzikn do the website stuff, please be patient in your requests, once all requests are fulfilled, one of us will state in a reply that it
has been corrected or fixed.
